Camping Korea

We decided to take advantage of the nice weather and go on a quick camping trip.  We went to the Geoje Natural Recreation Forest which was about a 40 minute drive from us (still on the island).  We visited the forest earlier this year when it was too cold to do much.

We got a tent site which is just a wooden platform on a rocky hill.  We made a fire to cook hot dogs and s'mores only to have a Korean come over an explain there were no fires allowed....we decided we'd pull the foreigner card and pretend we didn't know.  In the morning we walked around a bit, enjoyed throwing rocks in the river then headed home.  It was a simple trip but nice to get out and enjoy the outdoors...and E thought it was pretty cool to sleep in a tent.
